“I had selected a beautiful piece of wood from a disreputable company in Duvall about 3-4 years ago. The wood had not been cared for properly, and it had way too much moisture content and began to warp. Had I not taken it to Kyle at NW Custom Woodwork, I'm certain the wood would have been useless. I spent a lot of money on the slab when it was purchased, so I was pretty unhappy. When I finally found NW Custom Woodwork, he stored the wood until it got dry enough to have kiln dried for a second time. He took the time to work with the wood to save it 100% and build an incredibly beautiful table. He cares about the quality of his work and his clients. He's an honest businessman and prepared me for the worst, but delivered a fabulous finished product. I'm so happy with my table, and I know that it will last for years to come. Kyle also built walnut wood countertops for my new home's dining room that I get tons of compliments on, and the coolest waterfall slab desk you'll ever see! If you want a live edge table, desk or wood countertops, call him - I totally recommend this company!”

“I went to the shop with an idea of the table I was after. Kyle happen to have a large beautiful slab Of Black Walnut (which we hadn’t considered), gave us the background of the tree and work he put into saving it, then showed us an image of others like it, he has done. We were sold in that instant. He delivered it pre thanksgiving (it was quite the conversation piece at dinner). This table is stunning, the character in the grain and the work he put in to highlight it all. Can’t recommend him enough”.

“We got built-in shelves and cabinets around our fireplace from Kyle. It was a rather complicated project that included coordination across the electrician and Kyle to add the built-in LED strips in the floating shelves.
Things could have not gone any better. Kyle got the vision from day 1... Worked with us on every step of that vision... Went out of his way to ensure the final product was something we would just love.
We even had a case where we realized we missed something. So even when everything was said and done and final payment made... Kyle didn't even hesitate to squeeze us back in his schedule to make one change we wanted.
Kyle absolutely rocks!!! Book early though as he's super backed up... But when you work with him, you'll know why he's in demand.”
